ABT’s of Mothers Day
Here is a bit of run down of the ABT’s I cooked, and what was involved with making them. What are ABT’s? well…. Atomic Buffalo Turds of course, and quite delicious. the start… Jalapanos, pimento cheese, sausage, and of course bacon!!!! the first part, cut a jalapeño in half, remove the seeds, fill with pimento cheese, or cream cheese, and add a sausage on top. little stubbies... read more

First run of the season!
well, finally had the first run of the season with Rehab6. a mothers day special. Baby back ribs and ABT’s. was a bit of an uphill battle with a few points, but came out great. going to post a couple items about the day. Goodbye, Fair Well, and Amen
This was the hardest thing I have had to do in a long time. Knight Township Fire Department, where I came up with the name from, closed down, and I drove Rehab 6 to have a last goodbye party. Lots of fun was had, but it was a very emotional time. read more
